Refund and Replacement Policy

Refund Policy:

Milk Unfit for Consumption:

Our milk is preservative-free and requires optimal temperature to stay fresh. If the cold chain breaks on our end, causing the milk to sour on the day of delivery, you can request a refund for that lot. Refunds will be initiated within 2 days after we collect the soured milk bottles from you.

Erroneous Delivery:

A delivery will be deemed erroneous if you have informed us in advance. If you still receive a delivery after prior intimation, you are eligible for a refund, which will be processed within 2 days. Refusing delivery without informing us in advance does not qualify for a refund.

Accepted ways of prior intimation:

  1. Call our customer care.
  2. Email our customer care.
  3. Update your account information on our app.

Please note: Informing the delivery person is not considered an official intimation. You must notify customer care directly.

Bottle Policy:

Accidental Breakage: We understand accidents happen. The first time a bottle breaks, there will be no charge. After that, each broken glass bottle will incur a fee of ₹50.

Please ensure that you rinse and return the glass bottles on your next scheduled delivery.
