REPLACEMENT POLICY
Thanks for shopping with Periyar Dairy Farms LLP. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. All replacements are at the sole discretion of Periyar Dairy Farms LLP, upon due verification and confirmation carried out by our team.
REPLACEMENT
Eligibility for a replacement will only be considered if you have received a product that was damaged in terms of packaging.
- The product should be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (email invoice will also be considered valid).
- If eligible, we will send you the replacement unit within 5-10 working days.
CANCELLATIONS
- All cancellation requests must be initiated within 24 hours of placing the order or before your order has been shipped, whichever happens first.
- If your order has already been shipped, it will only be eligible for replacement if found damaged or unfit for consumption.
REFUND
After receiving the product, we will proceed with an inspection. Once the inspection is complete, we will notify you about the status of your refund via phone call or email.
- The refund process will be initiated, and the amount will be transferred back to your original source account within 5-7 working days, as per the timelines set by the Payment Gateway or Bank.
SHIPPING
- The customer will be informed via email about the date of pick-up.
- Customers must keep the products ready for collection to ensure a smooth pick-up process.
- In case of Non-Delivery, Damage, or Missing Products, you must report the issue within 48 hours after the order is marked as delivered.
